Our advanced quality management system is fully digitized, with over 20 touch-screen control points at every phase of the garment production process, from order entry through to export.
Quality checkpoints include digital signatures and timestamps, ensuring full traceability and accountability. Thorough inspection is carried out at every stage, including raw material control, fabric inspection, cutting processes, production operations, final inspection, and packaging, guaranteeing the highest standards of garment manufacturing quality.
03. Manufacturing
We offer both CMT manufacturing (customer-supplied materials) and full package production (FPP) with in-house material sourcing.
Rigorous quality control is applied to all incoming materials, fabric rolls, and accessories, ensuring full compliance with technical specifications.
Whether materials are customer-supplied or internally sourced, a detailed inspection process covers identification, defects, colour consistency, and quantity verification, maintaining the highest standards in garment manufacturing and production.

Lowering Waste Impact
Eria Textiles operates a fully controlled waste management system, where all production waste is retained within our facilities and managed through a zero-waste approach. All waste is collected and processed through a formal agreement with the city incinerator, where it is converted into energy, contributing to a circular and responsible production model.
As a result, and considering that energy production in Albania is primarily based on hydropower and supported by solar energy, our manufacturing operations generate zero pollution for the surrounding environment.
Contract with Local Government Incinerator
Our production facilities feature a waste chute which feeds waste directly for delivery to the local incinerator, which in turn generates electricity for the area. No production waste is retained within the factory.
